Melbourne SEO services.
Most businesses that need SEO in Melbourne do not have a Google problem. They have a website that talks about themselves when prospects are searching for solutions. I fix that.
I am an independent SEO consultant based in Melbourne. You deal with me from the first audit to the last report, not an account manager.

What does SEO in Melbourne cost with MaxBiz?
I start with a free snapshot. Foundations is next: $1,500 plus GST, one-off. It fixes what you have and ends with a dated report. Rankings usually take three to six months. You work with one SEO specialist, me, the whole way.
Technical, content, competitors, local, strategy. A PDF you can read. Where Foundations starts.
Titles, headings, schema, business details, your Google profile. Foundations.
Service plus suburb, ranked by what earns you money. Awareness.
Every stage ends with a report on named dates. The next stage is quoted on it.
Local SEO in Melbourne
What I work on.
Customers find a local firm in the map results and on page one. This is the work that puts you in both.
Business Profile
Claimed, hours set, photos loaded. More.
Same details everywhere
One name, address and phone across the web, so Google trusts them.
Business schema
Code that tells Google your address, hours and rating.
Service and suburb pages
A page for each service, in the areas you serve. Like SEO Coburg.
Reviews
They decide who gets the call in the map results.
A dated baseline
Search Console and speed scores, so you see the change.
How the work runs
Keeps running
One stage at a time. You only commit to the one in front of you. Nobody controls Google, so I don't promise rankings. You get a report against a dated baseline.
By industry
SEO for your trade.
What this work has done
A new site with three missing suburbs added. In the three months to 19 August 2026 it had 10,400 impressions and 116 clicks. 4.9 stars from 53 reviews, fourth in its own suburb’s map pack.
The web still listed the shop under its old name, with a wrong website and wrong Sunday hours. Now it has one correct name everywhere and Search Console set up. Foundations finished 11 August 2026 with a dated baseline.
The whole site was set to noindex, so nobody could find it, even by name. I switched it off on 12 July 2026 and finished Foundations on 11 August 2026 with a dated baseline. Read the case study.
What it costs
Three ways to start.
See who is taking customers nearby, in two business days.
A written roadmap and a 20 minute call, if you would rather do the fixes. It comes off Foundations if you hire me within 30 days.
One-off. Half to start, the rest when the work is done and checked. Your quote has a finish date.

Questions I get asked
What does an SEO consultant in Melbourne do?
I find why Google is not showing your business, fix it, and build the pages people search for. You get the audit, the fixes and a dated report from one person.
Should I hire an SEO consultant or an SEO agency?
An agency gives you a team. A consultant gives you one person who does the work. For an owner-run firm, one person who knows your business is usually enough. SEO agency vs DIY sets out the choice.
How much does SEO cost in Melbourne?
With me, SEO starts at $1,500 plus GST for Foundations, one-off, after a free snapshot. You pay half to start and the rest when the work is done and checked. There are no one-size packages. Each next stage is quoted on the last one's report.
How long does local SEO take?
Search rankings usually take three to six months. Map listing changes can show in weeks. Foundations itself is done by the finish date in your quote. I say so up front.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. You commit to one stage at a time. Foundations is a one-off, and each next stage is quoted on the last one's report.
Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?
Yes. I am based in Coburg and work across Melbourne, and with businesses anywhere in Australia, online stores included. The snapshot works the same wherever you are.
What is local SEO, and do you do it in Melbourne?
Local SEO helps people nearby find you, in the map results and in Google. Yes, most of my work is local: your Google profile, service and suburb pages, and the business details that must match across the web.
Will I work with an SEO specialist or a team?
With me. I am the SEO specialist on your account, from the audit to the report.
How will I know it worked?
Every stage ends with a dated before and after report. The next stage is quoted on it.
